I live in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales in the village of Ingleton with my wife, two sons, and two dogs, and I am fortunate to have my fully outfitted studio in the same location. I am a freelance photographer specialising in portrait, family, property, event, product, and commercial photography providing a quality product at an affordable price.
A keen photographer since my teens, my first SLR was a Zenith E and I have gone through many film and digital cameras since then. Three years ago I turned this passion into my full-time profession.
I love photography and my desire is to create anything but the ordinary, to see that people are unique and therefore interesting, and to see the extraordinary in people through my photographs.
For me, photography is about the client, I can go to them with my camera and equipment or they can come to my fully equipped studio.
The aim is relaxed pictures of people at home, in the studio, or at a location of their choice, doing things they enjoy. I want to capture not just the image, but the person and all that they are. I am generous with my time, take a lot of pictures from which to draw the best edits, and most importantly I want to leave my customers satisfied with the whole process.
